I have spent more than three decades working across India's fashion retail and apparel ecosystem.
My career has moved through organised retail, category management, product development, sourcing, design, merchandising and business leadership.
Each role gave me a different perspective. Together, they taught me to look at fashion as both a creative discipline and a business.

And a business is everything that happens after that decision."
My career has allowed me to work across that entire journey from understanding customers and developing products to building categories, teams, vendor networks and businesses.
